📋 Description

• Drafting legal briefs and appeals • Client consultations • Participation in labor hearings, with training and progressive development • Handling labor cases focused on representing banking employees

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Interest in practicing and developing in Labor Law (litigation) • Solution-oriented, proactive, organized, responsible, quick learner with strong legal reasoning skills • Willingness to receive feedback, excellent communication skills and legal writing • Experience practicing law, regardless of practice area (preferred) • Strong litigation experience and experience in hearings (preferred) • Knowledge of Labor Law (preferred) • Experience representing workers or handling cases involving banking employees (preferred)
