📋 Description

• Entry, tracking and monitoring of deadlines; • Reading and analysis of court publications, notices and minutes; • Management of hearing schedules and case-related emails; • Organization, management and updating of documents and cases; • Preparation of reports; • Liaison with accountants and support for routines related to labor calculations; • Work focused on Labor Law, with an emphasis on representing claimants (plaintiffs).

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (Bachelor of Laws) • Experience in Labor Legal Controllership • Experience in plaintiff-side labor law firms • Strong command of labor procedural deadlines, especially in representing claimants • Ability to manage deadlines • Proficiency in Excel, electronic case management systems, and strong logical reasoning • Detail-oriented, agile, diligent, analytical, operational, responsible, organized, tech-savvy; experience interacting with accountants and in monitoring and task management • Experience handling a high volume of court publications (desirable) • Experience in plaintiff-side labor law firms representing banking clients (desirable) • Postgraduate studies in Labor Law and Procedure or courses in Legal Controllership (desirable) • Advanced knowledge of legal management software; familiarity with AutoJur, automations and bots will be considered a plus.
