• Answer phone calls, emails or text on the client's behalf • Handle on average ~100 calls per shift (queue shared with 2 other people) • Follow client specific requirements, industry standards, and any special instructions • Report all call details on the daily Google sheet call report • Use client tools to make adjustments to schedule as needed • Edit end-of-shift call report daily
• Fluent in Spanish and English • Ready to take calls for an 8 hour shift • Attention to detail • Good communication skills • Open to feedback and coaching • Flexible with any schedule (rotation schedule to cover 24 hours) • Can start anytime
• Remote / Work from home • 2 days off per week (either weekdays or weekends) • 1 day training • Flexible/rotating schedule to cover 24 hours • Slightly negotiable rate
