📋 Description
• Oversee clinic partnerships across East and South/Southeast U.S. • Manage onboarding and relationship management for clinics. • Track, analyze, and report on clinic performance using metrics. • Build trusted relationships with clinic staff and collaborate with teams. • Conduct ongoing in-person visits to clinics for engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in provider network management, ideally in the fertility industry. • Ability to influence decision making among all levels of stakeholders. • Experience in creating and optimizing processes for efficiency. • Proficiency in using data and insights for guiding strategy. • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory, including overnight and some weekend trips. • Experience in healthcare sales is a plus.
