📋 Description

• Develop AI governance programs, including roles, risk criteria, approval authorities, and metrics • Create AI system inventory questionnaires and algorithmic impact assessments • Translate regulatory requirements into questionnaires, risk criteria, workflows, and metrics • Design submission and approval workflows for AI use cases and models, including an audit trail • Support AI usage policies and guidelines • Initiate assessments, track deadlines and outstanding items, consolidate responses, and record risks and mitigations • Analyze responses and issue technical recommendations regarding risks and mitigation measures • Keep the AI systems inventory and risk classifications up to date • Advise on the configuration of the OneTrust AI Governance module • Produce algorithmic risk dashboards and periodic reports • Deliver training on responsible AI use and use-case submission processes • Monitor AI regulatory developments in Brazil and abroad • Keep the DPO informed about progress, risks, and privacy-related interfaces • Work on AI governance and privacy projects, including AI sections in RIPAs and DPIAs • Document status, decisions, and outstanding items, and keep the management tracker updated • Lead workshops and meetings with committees, business units, and technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; other academic backgrounds are accepted with a postgraduate degree or specialization in digital law, data protection, or technology regulation • Experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or regulation, with a consulting focus • Participation in at least one real-world AI governance initiative • Proficiency in the EU AI Act • Knowledge of Bill 2338/2023 and the intersection between AI and Brazil’s LGPD • Applied knowledge of at least one of ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894, or the NIST AI RMF • Understanding of generative AI, predictive models, agents, the model lifecycle, training data, bias, explainability, and human oversight • At least one completed certification: AIGP, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, AI Compliance Professional, AAIA, or BCS Artificial Intelligence Foundation/Essentials • Experience with privacy and governance platforms, especially OneTrust, Privacy Tools, or Securiti.ai (preferred) • Experience delivering an end-to-end AI governance program (preferred) • Experience in the education sector or with children’s and adolescents’ data (preferred) • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and agent discovery (preferred) • Experience in multi-client consulting (preferred) • Knowledge of Brazil’s Digital Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA Digital) (preferred) • Experience serving more than one client simultaneously (preferred) • Advanced English and intermediate Spanish (preferred) • Additional preferred certifications: PDPF, PDPP, CDPO, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, ISO/IEC 27701, or an official OneTrust certification
