• Orchestrate end-to-end order execution — from product receipt to shipping, delivery and installation — ensuring deadlines, quality, cost control and customer satisfaction • Plan, organize and control receiving, inspection, storage, handling, distribution and inventory control activities • Prepare shipments (packaging, handling, route/schedule) • Coordinate and supervise the logistics operators team, ensuring targets and deadlines are met • Manage third-party partners (external installers): hiring/scheduling, payment/transfer rules, KPIs, standardization and quality control • Interpret technical manuals • Ensure correct installation and operation of equipment at customer sites, validating minimum quality and operational standards • Validate technical installation checklists and ensure compliance with defined procedures • Serve as technical-operational support for installation, assembly and initial equipment operation inquiries • Analyze performance indicators and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes • Interface with internal areas such as Purchasing, Sales and Production to ensure integration and alignment of activities • Prepare management reports and propose solutions to optimize supply chain efficiency • Ensure that process management is documented in the system • Visit operation sites: Botafogo, Centro and Duque de Caxias
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Production), Logistics or related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Experience with logistics management tools / ERP systems — Alterdata is a plus; experience with Zoho
