📋 Description
• Consolidate and evolve existing practices in observability, Developer Experience, reliability, and technical security; • Review and standardize pipelines, automations, and continuous deployment practices; • Ensure the current infrastructure (GCP, Kubernetes, Cloudflare) continues to evolve with resilience and predictability; • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in build, deploy, and operational time; • Work closely with Development and Architecture teams to strengthen technical and operational standards; • Support and implement policies and guidelines defined by the Security Governance team, translating requirements into applicable technical solutions; • Support strategic decisions on tools, standards, and technical prioritization; • Serve as a technical reference for automation, performance, and security by design.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. • Hands-on experience with GCP (IAM, GKE, Secret Manager); • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure as code (Terraform); • Experience with Cloudflare (WAF, Zero Trust, Workers, Tunnels); • Real-world experience in distributed observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry); • Knowledge of OAuth2, SSO, certificates, and ephemeral tokens; • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar); • Ability to develop automation in Go, Python, or Node.js.
