• 1–3のプロジェクトチームを管理・監督する • 専任のプロジェクトマネージャーがいないチームのためにPMとして行動する • 外部ベンダーやパートナー企業との協力 • ステークホルダー（クライアント、PMO、ビジネスオーナー）との報告・調整 • チームの能力を開発し、パフォーマンスを向上させる • ビジネスとテクノロジーの橋渡しを行い、技術的要件やその影響を明確に理解し管理する

🎯 Requirements

• 日本語ビジネスレベル（JLPT N1相当） • 複数チームの管理経験 • プロジェクト管理スキル（PMPまたは同等） • ソフトウェア開発の実務経験またはITシステム、SaaS、API、クラウドソリューションに関する強い理解 • スケジュール管理とリソース管理の強力なスキル • 問題解決能力 • ステークホルダー管理及びコーディネーションスキル • チーム管理経験 • KPI管理及び数値分析の能力 • ファシリテーションスキル • 強力なコミュニケーション能力及びドキュメンテーション能力
