📋 Description

• Lead enterprise Generative AI implementation projects • Understand customer business challenges and translate them into technical and system requirements • Provide technical support and consulting for new proposals • Assess technical feasibility, system constraints, development scope, and required resources • Design architectures and technical roadmaps for Generative AI solutions • Lead projects technically from PoC through production deployment • Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and related technologies • Collaborate with consultants, backend engineers, data scientists, SREs, and other team members • Participate hands-on in prototype development and implementation • Apply customer-project technical knowledge to product and platform improvements • Handle the end-to-end process from customer proposals and requirements definition through architecture design, PoC, implementation, and production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• System development experience at an SIer or in commissioned/custom development projects • Practical experience in system design and implementation • Ability to independently research, validate, and solve unfamiliar technical challenges • Ability to understand architecture diagrams and system constraints and determine appropriate implementation approaches • Experience communicating directly with customers and solving business challenges through technology • Ability to handle both technical consulting and hands-on development • Ability to communicate smoothly in business-level Japanese, including technical topics • Ability to reside in Japan • Preferred: Professional experience as a Solution Architect • Preferred: Experience with Generative AI or RAG-related projects • Preferred: Knowledge of infrastructure architecture • Preferred: Experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, Terraform, or related technologies • Preferred: Experience breaking down technical requirements and defining the necessary engineering resources • Preferred: Experience working on projects at a startup or venture company • Ideal: Strong ownership and ability to independently drive projects • Ideal: Ability to bridge business requirements and technology • Ideal: Strong logical thinking and technical decision-making skills • Ideal: Interest in both customer-facing communication and hands-on development • TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, Docker, Terraform, AWS, and Azure appear in the development environment
