📋 Description
• 複数プロジェクト（1〜3チーム）をリードし、QCD（品質、コスト、納期）を責任を持って管理 • エンジニア、デザイナー、技術リーダーとの効果的なコミュニケーションを図り、要求や実現可能性を確認 • ビジネスチーム、PMO、ベンダー、およびパートナー企業との事業チームからの利害関係者と協力 • 技術とビジネスの橋渡しを行い、ニーズを実施可能な計画に翻訳 • 進捗状況を監視し、リスク管理を行う役割を担う場合、PMとしても直接対処 • スケーラブルな配信フレームワークを作成し、運用プロセスを改善
🎯 Requirements
• ビジネスレベルの日本語（JLPT N1） • 英会話は必要 • エンジニアと話せる技術的コミュニケーションスキル • 技術的バックグラウンド、または強い技術リテラシー • プロジェクト計画、スケジュール管理、ステークホルダー調整、問題/リスク管理における強い経験 • チームを管理し、メンバーを指導する能力 • SaaS開発、アジャイル製品提供、またはデジタルプロダクトオーナーシップの経験があれば尚良し
