• スクラムイベント(デイリー、スプリントプランニング、レビュー、レトロスペクティブ)のファシリテーション • チームの自己組織化支援と開発プロセス改善 • チームの課題(インピーディメント)の除去および外部調整 • プロダクトオーナーとの協働によるバックログ管理支援 • アジャイル/スクラムの啓蒙・浸透活動 • 生成AIを活用した開発プロジェクトでチームをリードし、生産性と品質向上に貢献
🎯 Requirements
• Work Experience 3 Years+ • アジャイル開発経験2年以上 • 認定スクラムマスター資格(CSM, PSMなど) • スクラム/アジャイル開発の基本的な知識 • 複数チームや大規模開発でのスクラム実践経験(歓迎) • コーチングやアジャイルトランスフォーメーションの経験(歓迎) • チームファシリテーションの経験(歓迎) • プロダクトマネジメント、エンジニアリングマネジメントの理解(歓迎) • 使用技術例: TypeScript, React, Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform
