âą Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for a broad portfolio of commercial agreements âą Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contract terms directly with customers and vendors âą Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for contract-related inquiries from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams âą Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, clause libraries, fallback positions, and contracting playbooks âą Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve contracting workflows, reduce cycle times, and scale the contracts function
âą 7+ years of relevant experience in contracts management or a related role âą Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) âą Demonstrated expertise negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments âą Strong working knowledge of SaaS-specific contract concepts, including subscription models, SLAs, data processing agreements (DPAs), and indemnification and limitation of liability clauses âą Extensive experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform âą Proven ability to manage a high-volume contract workload independently, with strong prioritization skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail âą Excellent communication skills with both cross-functional internal stakeholders and customers, with the ability to translate complex contractual language into clear, business-friendly guidance âą Excellent formal drafting skills
