âą Lead end-to-end renewal strategy for high-ARR, multi-product, or multi-year accounts. âą Own complex pricing, concession, and restructuring discussions. âą Act as an escalation point for stalled or high-risk renewals. âą Mentor and coach P3 Renewal Managers. âą Partner with CS leadership to align value delivery to renewal outcomes. âą Provide structured feedback to RevOps and Product on churn drivers. âą Maintain accurate forecasts for complex renewal portfolios.
âą 6+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success âą Demonstrated success closing complex SaaS renewals âą Strong negotiation and executive communication skills âą Proven ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities âą Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, packaging, and procurement âą Strong forecasting and risk management discipline. âą Nice-to-have skills: Experience in a dedicated Renewal Manager role. âą Prior quota-carrying sales background. âą Experience with multi-product SaaS portfolios. âą Familiarity with churn mitigation frameworks and save motions. âą Exposure to pricing strategy or deal desk leadership.
