📋 Description
• assist in keeping projects moving for better health and human services outcomes • lead large project management teams and assist with project staffing • spearhead project planning, tracking, and oversight • communicate with clients and project team leadership • create project schedules, budgets and deliverables • prepare detailed SOW and assist with business development
🎯 Requirements
• 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives • 3+ years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred • expertise with project management methodology such as Catalyst or PMP • modern understanding of budget development and project management software • ability to lead and translate program objectives into clear project scope and milestones • strong executive presenter • ability to communicate project priorities and motivate stakeholders
