📋 Description

• Application and operations support for cloud-based infrastructure on Azure and AWS cloud • Setup environments, deploy, and maintain applications in cloud environments • Troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure related issues • Collaborate with end users to address application support needs and provide technical assistance • Apply ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service delivery enhancements • Participate in disaster recovery planning and support cloud security best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT Support Services, Operations, and Project/Program Management • Cloud and infrastructure expertise, including AWS and/or Azure • SSL Certificate Management • Firewall Maintenance • Disaster Recovery • Security and incident management experience • Operational and Security Event Monitoring • Incident Response • OS Patching • Security Software Updates • Application and database support knowledge • .NET C# Development • Preferred skills: InRule, Appian, and Business Intelligence Tools such as SSRS and SSIS
