📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing all quality, contract compliance and audit activities including external audits, KPI Reporting, and developing annual quality plan. • Develop and coordinate contract monitoring performance standards with State customer for fiscal agent contract. • Responsible for administrative oversight of contractual performance issues and incident processes. • Work with State and Gainwell Leadership to improve business processes and quality assurance. • Train new staff on importance of contract compliance and quality. • Produce periodic status reports to stakeholders outlining program priorities and status. • Manage staff supporting quality initiatives and monitor operational activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Quality Management, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent required. • Six (6) or more years of Audit/Compliance/ Quality experience required. • Ability to effectively lead, collaborate, build relationships and influence team members to work toward common objectives across functions and groups required. • Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred.
