📋 Description

• Design, build, and train machine learning, deep learning, time series, Gen AI, predictive analytics, NLP, and image-processing solutions for healthcare applications • Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premises environments • Process large healthcare datasets through preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance • Develop APIs and integrations • Implement and optimize AI models within Gainwell’s existing technology stack • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless system integration • Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices, evaluate models, and continuously monitor ML/DL and LLM performance • Apply security measures and guardrails in Gen AI solutions • Monitor, refine, and optimize AI and Gen AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and speed • Stay current with AI, ML, and Gen AI advancements and explore new technologies • Ensure AI implementations follow healthcare regulations, ethical AI principles, and data privacy standards • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize business processes using AI-driven solutions • Translate business requirements into feasible solutions and lead collaboration across functions and departments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or a related field • 6 plus years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on developing and deploying AI solutions • Experience with multiple LLM fine-tuning techniques • Experience building Gen AI solutions using RAG architecture • Skilled in LangChain and LangGraph • Experience with agentic AI frameworks and workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Swarm • Experience with multiple vector databases and graph databases • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks • Experience developing, deploying, and fine-tuning LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar, including prompt engineering, model optimization, and inference efficiency • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps for scalable AI deployments • Proficiency with big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL databases • Knowledge of healthcare AI applications and regulatory compliance such as HIPAA and CMS is a plus • Understanding of business use cases, strong interpersonal skills, architecting skills, and ability to convince multiple stakeholders • Streamlit is required; React, Angular, or Vue.js is good to have • Ability to work as a team lead, interface with team leads across functions and departments, understand business requirements, and translate them into feasible solutions
