📋 Description

• Design, build, and train machine learning, deep learning, time series, multimodal LLM, predictive analytics, NLP, and image-processing solutions for healthcare applications • Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premises environments • Process large healthcare datasets through preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training while maintaining regulatory compliance • Develop APIs and integrations • Implement and optimize AI models within Gainwell’s existing technology stack • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless system integration • Evaluate models and continuously monitor the performance of ML/DL and LLM systems • Apply security measures and guardrails in Gen AI solutions • Monitor, refine, and optimize AI/Gen AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and speed • Research AI/ML/Gen AI advancements and explore new technologies and methodologies • Ensure AI implementations comply with healthcare regulations, ethical AI principles, and data privacy standards • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize business processes using AI-driven solutions • Translate business requirements into appropriate, feasible solutions and work as a team lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or a related field • 6 plus years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on developing and deploying AI solutions • Experience with multiple LLM fine-tuning techniques • Experience building Gen AI solutions using RAG architecture • Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph • Experience with agentic AI frameworks and workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Swarm • Experience with multiple vector databases and graph databases • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks • Experience developing, deploying, and fine-tuning LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar • Experience with prompt engineering, model optimization, and inference efficiency • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps for scalable AI deployments • Proficiency with Spark, Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL databases • Knowledge of healthcare AI applications and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and CMS, is a plus • Front-end development experience; Streamlit is required, with React, Angular, or Vue.js as an advantage • Ability to work as a team lead, interface with other functional team leads, understand business requirements, and translate them into feasible solutions
