📋 Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers • Answer inbound calls and respond to EDI-related inquiries • Research and troubleshoot provider issues • Conduct outbound follow-ups for timely resolution • Process provider and member updates while maintaining standards
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum two years of experience in customer service, call center support, helpdesk support, healthcare operations, or related fields • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
