• Help improve the health and well-being of Medicaid’s member community • Deliver best-in-class technology solutions and services to healthcare providers • Build strategic relationships with client facing teams • Deploy, maintain, and enhance provider technology solutions • Drive high-performance standards in your team • Manage new solution implementation projects • Support sales pursuits, new bids, and proposals • Identify and implement improvement and optimization initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare domain; preferably Medicaid provider solutions • Managing high-performing software development teams, SDLC, Agile • Managing service operation; ITIL4 cert preferred • Managing projects; PMP preferred • Driving change across the organization and shaping and forecasting work demand and resource supply.
