📋 Description
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams • Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, and training materials • Support UAT, identify and resolve defects, and assist end-users • Assist with project planning, tracking, and change management
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Documentation • 3+ years in Pharmacy Systems and US PBM Domain knowledge with Medicaid experience as a plus • Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC Methodologies • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior Analysts and Architects • Familiarity with Large Corporate Matrixed Environments with SSIS experience as a plus
