📋 Description
• Define program goals and long-term strategy • Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs • Develop and maintain program plans and schedules • Monitor progress and implement mitigation strategies • Facilitate communication across engineering and operational teams • Identify, evaluate, and track risks and dependencies • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 9+ years of experience managing complex projects • 3+ years in Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred • Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs • Demonstrated ability to define program goals and strategic plans • Strong background coordinating related projects • Ability to develop and manage program plans • Strong communication skills across engineering and operations • Experience leading steering committees and executive updates • Proven ability to identify and track risks and blockers • Experience leading change management efforts
