📋 Description

• Manages end-to-end product and engineering delivery • Ensures alignment to business objectives, measurable outcomes, and client needs across multiple concurrent initiatives • Leads the evolution of product management and engineering best practices • Oversees the enhancement, design, pricing, and lifecycle management of products and services • Drives secure development practices across the lifecycle • Identifies opportunities to leverage AI/ML and Generative AI to improve engineering productivity • Maintains revenue forecasts and identifies risks to financial targets

🎯 Requirements

• 9 or more years of proven experience in Engineering Leadership • Technical expertise in AWS Cloud Platforms, including Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices, APIs, CI CD practices, DevOps, and Infrastructure as code • Strong emphasis on Security and Compliance • Hands on experience Implementing Secure Development Practices, application Security Testing, Vulnerability Management • Exposure to AI and Emerging Technologies • Proven leader of people and stakeholders with experience in Agile and SAFe Environments
