📋 Description
• support quality evaluations across all channels • analyze evidence to assess quality and identify root causes • provide hands-on support for DDIs, GTGs, and projects • serve as peer coach and mentor to QA and Operations team members • collect, analyze, and trend quality and defect metrics
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years Quality Assurance subject matter experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • deep healthcare operations expertise, preferably in Medicaid / Medicare • strong written and verbal communication skills • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applications like Verint and CXOne
