📋 Description

• Create, edit, and manage guides, technical manuals, release notes, online help, and other documentation for healthcare products • Ensure documentation is clear and concise • Update documentation to reflect new product features, enhancements, and changes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Use MadCap Flare to create and manage documentation projects • Ensure consistent use of styles, templates, and formatting • Implement and manage documentation version-control processes • Track changes and maintain documentation history for reference and audit purposes • Review and edit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards • Conduct usability testing to ensure documentation meets user needs • Stay current with technical-writing and healthcare industry trends and best practices • Propose and implement improvements to documentation processes and tools • Document healthcare products without accessing PHI, PII, or secured/confidential client data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, information systems, or related field preferred • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to rapidly grasp and apply complex business and technical concepts • Entrepreneurial approach and ability to work with minimal supervision • Sound understanding of the software development and software test lifecycle • Sound understanding of Agile methodology • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people • Good technical design skills • Good communication skills for communicating with customers, support personnel, and management • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Good organizational skills to balance and prioritize work • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
