📋 Description

• Design and build technical interview questions, including coding exercises, debugging challenges, knowledge assessments, and real-world engineering scenarios • Write and test interview content across multiple programming languages, checking that solutions are correct and consistent • Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up content creation while applying engineering judgment to keep it accurate • Conduct peer reviews to ensure content meets technical and quality standards • Update content based on candidate performance data, interviewer feedback, and Content Corrections requests • Partner with the Content Architecture team to improve content development processes and assessment quality • Help improve development standards, templates, and documentation for the Content team • Build and validate interview problems and reference solutions rather than production systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (post-academic, post-internship) • Experience working in at least one modern programming language • Strong software engineering fundamentals: debugging, testing, reviewing code, and giving constructive technical feedback • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or similar) • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Experience working remotely on global, distributed teams • Availability during U.S. business hours is preferred • Must reside in Bengaluru (formerly known as Bangalore), India • Applications and submissions must be 100% in English
