📋 Description

• Working cross-functionally to research, plan, write, and publish technical documentation • Collaborating with technical and non-technical SMEs to develop, organize, and write manuals, specifications, and process documentation. • Preparing source files for edit, SME review, and publication according to department procedures which includes Agile methodology. • Gaining a deep understanding of products and services, and translating complex information into simple, polished, engaging content • Developing content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent voice across all documentation • Working with development and support leads to determine the best solutions for data presentation and interaction. • Developing, managing, and refining information architecture templates that align with organizational standards, ensuring seamless data migration and efficient updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's Degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in technical writing • Have experience in using JIRA, confluence, and wiki, understanding of SDLC • Have experience collaborating with engineers to enhance UX, refine content, and create visuals for technical support • Have knowledge of HTML and CSS • Possess excellent communication and writing skills in English. • Have experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
