📋 Description

• Design and build advanced technical interview content, including complex, multi-step coding exercises, debugging challenges, and real-world engineering scenarios at the highest difficulty tier • Write and test interview content across multiple programming languages, including technically hardest problems escalated by other engineers • Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up content creation while maintaining accuracy at higher complexity • Lead peer reviews of interview content, provide technical feedback, and set the quality bar for complex material • Diagnose and resolve underperforming content issues using performance data, interviewer feedback, and Content Corrections requests • Partner with Content Architecture on complex format decisions and help raise the technical bar for new content • Help shape development standards, templates, and documentation, focusing on difficulty calibration • This is not a traditional software engineering role; it does not involve building or maintaining production systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience (post-academic, post-internship), with demonstrated work on complex systems or technically demanding problems • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, and reviewing code, with experience giving technical feedback to other engineers • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or similar) • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Experience working remotely on global, distributed teams, with availability during US hours • Schedule must overlap with U.S. business hours • Must reside in Bengaluru (formerly known as Bangalore); applications from other cities in India will not be considered • Submissions must be 100% in English
