• Support livestock farmers in adopting and using eShepherd successfully • Guide customers through onboarding, training and ongoing use, ensuring they gain real value from the platform • Help customers integrate virtual fencing into their daily operations — improving productivity, animal welfare and farm management • Act as a trusted partner to customers, supporting them throughout their journey and ensuring they feel confident using the technology • Support customer onboarding and implementation • Deliver training and guidance to build confidence in using eShepherd • Monitor engagement and proactively addressing adoption challenges • Build strong relationships with livestock producers and key stakeholders • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
• Experience or interest in agriculture, livestock or AgTech • Experience in customer success, account management or customer-facing roles • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • A practical, problem-solving mindset • The ability to work independently while collaborating within a wider team • Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch (essential for supporting customers) • Knowledge of French, German and/or any other languages are a plus
• A gross monthly salary between €3.500–€4.500 per month (full-time), depending on experience • Performance-based bonus • A full-time position (40 hours) with the intention of long-term employment • Laptop and phone to support your role • Remote working with flexibility • 25 paid vacation days (based on a 40-hour working week) and holiday pay • A very generous pension scheme under which the employer pays 100% of the contribution. • Training and development opportunities • The opportunity to work in an international environment with colleagues in Europe, New Zealand, Australia and North America!
