📋 Description

• Own UX/UI design across key areas of the Gamdom product • Turn product requirements and ideas into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma • Build and maintain Figma components and design systems • Work closely with Product and Engineering to take designs from concept to implementation • Create visual assets and UI elements where needed • Think through the product experience from the user's perspective and identify opportunities to improve it • Balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals • Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to the product • Develop a strong understanding of the product and how different features work together

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level UX/UI or Product Design experience • Strong command of Figma, including prototyping and components • Strong visual design skills and excellent attention to detail • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams • Good understanding of digital products, user flows, and product thinking • Experience in iGaming or esports is highly preferred • Experience with gaming or other entertainment-focused digital products is a plus • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus • Asset creation experience is a big plus • A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and visual craft • Creative and curious • A hard worker who takes ownership • Proactive and hands-on • A strong problem solver • A creative thinker who challenges the obvious • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment • Passionate about design and genuinely enjoys improving products • A great team player with strong energy and communication
