📋 Description

• Write code that is clear, well-tested, and modular • Architect and implement features focused on performance and maintainability • Assist game teams with technology choices and implementation • Mentor junior engineers through paired programming and code reviews • Work with project managers inside and outside the studio to deliver features to players • Potential growth paths include Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, Tech Area Expert, or DIY

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional game programming experience • Experience working in a large, established code base • Deep knowledge of C++ programming and best practices • Flexibility and desire to work on a variety of game systems • Experience developing with Unreal Engine 4/5 is a plus • Passion for games and entertainment • Fluent in English • Willing to work according to US time zones and available 8am–3pm Pacific Time • Strong, stable internet connection conducive to remote work and video calls • Work authorization in the country where you will work
