📋 Description

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the PAM platform • Lead the evolution of the platform into a Tier-1 competitive product • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management organisation • Own the product portfolio and roadmap prioritisation • Partner with engineering leadership to deliver scalable platform capabilities • Drive continuous product discovery through customer feedback • Establish product KPIs and use data-driven insights for impact measurement • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance, and Operations • Represent product at the executive level and influence company strategy • Champion a product culture focused on innovation and customer value

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience • 3+ years in a Head of Product or senior product leadership role • Proven experience leading product strategy for B2B platforms within the iGaming industry • Deep understanding of Player Account Management (PAM) platforms • Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape in the iGaming industry • Experience building product strategies for regulated markets • Proven track record of scaling complex software platforms • Strong commercial mindset • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • At least an upper-intermediate level of English
