📋 Description
• Define and implement a long-term growth strategy for Operation Sports. • Work with editorial teams to ensure high-quality coverage, including news, reviews, and in-depth features on sports video games. • Identify and execute monetization opportunities, including paid memberships, affiliate marketing, and partnerships. • Strengthen and grow the Operation Sports community, leveraging forums, social media, and new engagement tools. • Use analytics and SEO best practices to increase traffic and engagement across platforms. • Establish and maintain relationships with game developers, publishers, and esports organizations. • Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in digital media, gaming journalism, or community-driven content • Strong leadership skills with experience managing editorial, marketing, and business teams • Deep knowledge of sports gaming titles and industry trends • Experience in audience development, community engagement, and SEO-driven content strategy • Strong business acumen, with experience in revenue generation and partnership development • Excellent communication and project management skills.
