• Greet and assist clients via all communication channels: in the branch, by phone and by email • Assess client needs: identify expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency’s insurance products • Manage client files autonomously: create tailored quotes, issue insurance contracts, collect, track, verify and follow up on administrative documents and signatures • Grow client portfolios through commercial actions and multi-product strategies: sales follow-ups and additional sales • Handle and monitor claims: open claims declarations, coordinate expert assignments, collect documentation and perform follow-ups, and support the client throughout the claims process
• Two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) such as a BTS in Insurance or in Sales/Commercial Techniques • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role • Preferably experience or interest in agricultural and commercial/professional insurance • Strong attention to detail • Adaptability • High level of autonomy demonstrated in previous roles • Sales-oriented mindset • Excellent interpersonal skills • Curiosity • Ability to take initiative
