📋 Description

• Support firmwide operational needs by maintaining accurate, reliable data across immigration case management system. • Provide frontline assistance to staff by troubleshooting system issues and guiding users through workflows. • Perform routine data audits, correct errors and inconsistencies, and assist with data migrations during client onboardings or system updates. • Help ensure firm data remains clean, consistent, and usable by preparing documentation and contributing insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Experience in immigration law or related legal field preferred. • Experience with CRM, case management, or database systems preferred, with particular preference for experience with INSZoom. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot basic technical issues. • Clear, patient communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. • Comfort working with large datasets and repetitive data quality tasks. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS365 applications.
