📋 Description

• Your mission is twofold: first you master Operations (The Backbone), then you grow into technical topics (The Growth) • System operator & Notion gardener: You maintain our "second brain" in Notion • You structure tasks from meetings and chats and keep the databases tidy so nothing gets lost • Operational gatekeeper: You manage the inbox (Inbox Zero principle), filter requests, and coordinate meetings in coexistence with AI tools like Reclaim • Finance & Admin: You prepare accounting: upload receipts to Lexware/Fileee and handle travel bookings • Growth & Automation: Once the basics are in place, you take on research tasks for AI projects, test prompts, or build your own automations for our processes

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering and are among the top of your class • Structure & order: An untidy desktop makes you nervous • You love eliminating chaos • You don't wait for tasks — you spot them proactively • Tech-native: Notion, Google Workspace, and AI tools are your natural habitat • You don't need to learn how to use software — you use it intuitively • Independence & async mindset: You work 100% remotely and asynchronously • Your German is excellent for professional external communication • Your English is business fluent for technical documentation
