🎯 Requirements
•计算机、统计学、数据科学、金融等相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上数据分析相关经验，其中至少2年管理经验。 •具备丰富的经营分析经验，能够围绕交易、增长、用户行为等核心业务指标进行深入分析，推动业务优化。 •熟练掌握SQL、Python等数据分析工具，具备较强的数据建模和分析能力。 •有BI工具（如火山引擎BI、Superset、Tableau、Power BI）使用经验，具备优秀的数据可视化能力，能够搭建和优化BI指标看板。 •熟悉A/B测试、用户画像、增长分析等数据分析方法，能够结合业务需求提供可落地的优化方案。 •具备良好的商业敏感度和业务理解能力，能将数据分析转化为实际业务价值。 •具备良好的团队管理和跨部门协作沟通能力，持续提高数据在业务中的影响力。
