🎯 Requirements
•计算机、统计学、数学、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上机器学习相关经验，2年以上团队管理经验。 •精通机器学习、深度学习算法，熟悉推荐系统、强化学习、NLP、图神经网络等方向的应用。 •熟练掌握Python、Golang或Java，熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch、XGBoost、LightGBM等主流机器学习框架。 •具备大规模数据处理经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Flink、ClickHouse等大数据计算技术。 •具备在线推理系统的研发经验，熟悉模型优化、压缩、推理加速等技术。 •熟悉A/B测试方法，能够基于数据驱动优化算法效果。 •具备良好的团队管理和项目管理能力，推动团队高效交付机器学习解决方案。 •优秀的沟通能力，能推动跨部门协作，促进机器学习在业务场景的深度应用。
