• 1. 本科及以上学历，金融、计算机、电子商务等相关专业优先。 • 2. 5年以上互联网产品管理经验，至少2年以上支付产品管理经验。 • 3. 熟悉数字货币交易所支付系统架构，具备支付产品的设计和优化经验，熟悉支付行业的合规标准。 • 4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动产品优化，提升支付产品的表现。 • 5. 熟悉支付领域的主流支付网关、第三方支付平台的技术接口和操作流程。 • 6. 熟悉支付安全相关知识，了解支付产品的反欺诈、风控和合规机制。 • 7. 较强的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够与技术、运营、合规等团队高效合作。 • 8. 英语优秀者优先
