• 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术、金融等相关专业优先 • 3年以上 API 产品相关经验，有现货、衍生品或支付领域经验者优先 • 熟悉 API 设计原则（如 RESTful、WebSocket）及开发者生态 • 具备扎实的产品设计与需求分析能力，能够产出高质量的产品需求文档与接口文档 • 熟悉常用 API 管理工具（如 Postman、Swagger）、数据库及日志分析工具 • 熟悉至少一种编程语言者优先（如 Python、JavaScript），具备开发背景更佳 • 擅长数据分析，能够基于数据发现问题、挖掘机会 • 熟练使用数据分析工具（如 Excel、SQL、BI 工具）开展统计与可视化工作 • 优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够推动多方达成共识 • 以结果为导向，能在多任务环境下高效推动项目进展 • 对金融市场和数字货币领域有一定的理解 • 英语能力优秀者优先，能够流利阅读和撰写英文文档，具备基础的英文对话能力
