•3年以上ASO或相关岗位经验，精通应用商店优化策略，具备关键词挖掘和词库搭建的能力。 •具备使用AI工具进行高质量内容生成的能力，例如撰写应用商店描述、优化关键词列表、分析竞争对手数据等。 •熟练使用ASO工具（如App Annie、Sensor Tower、MobileAction等）及SEO工具（如Semrush、Ahrefs、Keywords Planner等）。 •具备数据分析能力，能够通过数据复盘优化ASO策略，提升应用表现。 •有海外市场ASO经验者优先，尤其是加密货币或金融类应用优化经验者优先。 •能够在独立工作和团队合作中灵活切换，有效协作。 •具备强大的数据分析能力，能够从数据中提取有价值的见解。 •优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧，能够清晰传达信息。 •对加密货币行业有热情，了解并关注行业动态。 •具有较强的责任心和抗压能力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中高效完成任务。
