•本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机等相关专业优先。 •5年以上互联网产品管理经验，具备头部互联网公司或知名互联网金融机构背景者优先。 •深刻理解金融行业大客户需求，擅长挖掘痛点并设计对应产品解决方案。 •有资金托管、VIP运营工具或大客户管理产品经验者优先。 •扎实的产品基本功，拥有完整的产品架构设计与0到1项目落地经验。 •具备良好的商业思维与用户思维，能够将需求转化为业务增长机会。 •具备强烈的责任心与Owner意识，优秀的跨团队沟通协作能力，具备持续追求卓越的耐心与热情。 •英语读写良好，能够阅读英文文献与支持海外团队沟通。
