🎯 Requirements
•计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上后端开发经验，3年以上架构设计及技术管理经验。 •精通Golang/PHP/java等至少一种后端开发语言，具备良好的系统架构能力和编码能力。 •具备大数据、高并发、分布式系统架构设计及优化经验，有大型互联网或金融行业经验者优先。 •深入理解数据库设计和优化，精通SQL调优、索引优化，具备复杂业务数据建模经验。 •熟练掌握Nginx、Redis、MySQL、Kafka等常见中间件的配置、调优及高可用方案。 •熟悉微服务架构、RPC框架、容器化部署（Docker/Kubernetes）等技术，具备云计算或DevOps经验者优先。 •具备良好的团队管理能力，能够推动技术团队成长，提升整体研发效能。 •优秀的沟通和协作能力，能推动跨部门合作，提高技术与业务的协同效率。
