📋 Description
• 负责 Web3 聚合交易系统的后端架构设计与开发，整合多条公链、多个 DEX 及做市商流动性来源 • 设计并实现路由算法与最优路径选择策略，平衡价格、滑点、Gas、成交概率等多目标 • 负责交易构造、签名、广播、状态追踪的完整链路，保障高并发与网络拥堵场景下的稳定性与成功率 • 设计并实现询价（RFQ / Quote）系统，接入链上池子、链下做市商、CEX 等多类报价源 • 设计并实现做市商接入协议，覆盖报价订阅、更新、成交确认与风控校验 • 构建报价质量评估与做市商分级机制，动态调整路由权重 • 优化询价、路由、交易链路的端到端延迟与吞吐能力 • 设计交易风控与限流机制，覆盖滑点保护、价格偏离、重放保护、Gas 异常等场景
🎯 Requirements
• 5 年以上后端开发经验 • 3 年以上 Golang 实战经验 • 精通并发模型（Goroutine / Channel）、标准库及主流框架（Gin / Go-zero / Gorm） • 熟练掌握微服务架构与分布式系统设计，包括消息队列、分布式锁、熔断限流、幂等设计等 • 精通 SQL / NoSQL 数据库优化，熟悉 Redis 缓存设计及 Kafka 异步处理 • 具备低延迟、高并发系统的设计与优化经验 • 至少 3 年 Web3 开发经验，理解区块链基本原理，熟悉交易流程与合约交互机制 • 熟悉主流公链交互机制，要求熟悉 EVM 与 Solana；熟悉 Sui / Ton 者优先 • 熟悉交易构造、签名、广播、Nonce 管理、Gas 策略等链上交易全链路，具备主网交易系统的实战经验 • 熟悉主流 DEX（Uniswap V2 / V3、Curve、Raydium、Orca 等）的池子模型、价格计算与状态维护 • 具备聚合器（如 1inch、Jupiter、OKX 等）的实际开发经验，主导或深度参与过路由算法、报价聚合或交易执行链路的设计与落地 • 主导过中大型后端系统从 0 到 1 的架构设计与落地 • 具备较强的学习能力，能快速跟进新技术、新公链、新协议，并判断其在业务中的实际价值与落地路径 • 日常使用 AI Coding Agent 开发，并有相应工程沉淀 • 具备搭建 Agent Harness、编写 Skills / Prompts 的实践经验 • 了解 MCP、Tool Use、RAG、Eval 等概念及其工程落地边界 • 加分项：有做市商系统、报价引擎、订单管理（OMS）相关的开发经验 • 加分项：有 MEV、Mempool 监听、Bundle 提交（如 Flashbots、Jito）等相关经验 • 加分项：有跨链桥、跨链交易、Intent-based 交易（CoW、UniswapX、Across 等）相关的开发经验 • 加分项：有围绕 AI Coding 的内部工具、Skill 库、Agent 工作流等沉淀经验 • 加分项：有开源社区贡献或技术博客输出
