📋 Description
• 负责 Web3 行情系统的后端架构设计与开发，覆盖链上行情、DEX 池子数据、订单簿、成交流、K 线等实时数据的采集、清洗、聚合、存储与分发 • 构建低延迟、高吞吐、可水平扩展的实时计算链路，保障高并发场景下行情数据的稳定性、一致性与时效性 • 设计并实现 WebSocket / gRPC Streaming 等实时数据推送服务，支撑前端、策略、交易等下游业务消费实时行情 • 负责链上数据中台整体设计与落地，构建从节点接入、区块解析、事件解码到结构化存储的完整数据链路 • 解析和解码区块、交易、事件日志，包括 Log Decode、Trace 解析、内部交易还原等，将原始链上数据转化为结构化数据 • 抽象多链数据模型，沉淀通用解析框架与数据资产，支撑行情、交易、钱包、预测市场等上层业务 • 构建实时数据监控与报警机制，覆盖节点健康度、数据延迟、数据完整性、解析异常等关键指标
🎯 Requirements
• 5 年以上后端开发经验，语言 Java 或 Go 均可，熟悉 Java 者更佳 • Java 方向：3 年以上 Java 实战经验，熟悉 JVM 调优、并发编程，掌握 Spring 生态 • Go 方向：3 年以上 Golang 实战经验，精通并发模型（Goroutine / Channel）、标准库及主流框架（Gin / Go-zero / Gorm） • 熟练掌握微服务架构与分布式系统设计，包括消息队列、分布式锁、熔断限流、幂等设计等 • 精通 SQL / NoSQL 数据库优化，熟悉 Redis 缓存设计及 Kafka 异步处理 • 具备实时计算系统落地经验，熟悉状态管理、背压、容错、Exactly-Once 等机制；使用过 Akka 或 Pekko、Reactor、Project Reactor、RxJava、Redis Stream • 至少 3 年 Web3 开发经验，理解共识、P2P、Gas / 手续费模型等区块链基本原理，熟悉交易流程与合约交互机制 • 熟悉 EVM 与 Solana；熟悉 Move / Sui 者优先 • 具备链上数据中台、行情系统或类似数据平台项目经验，熟悉 Log Decode、ABI 解析、Trace / Internal Tx 处理，主导过多链数据模型抽象或通用解析框架建设 • 主导过中大型后端系统或数据平台从 0 到 1 的架构设计与落地 • 具备较强学习能力，能快速跟进新技术、新公链、新协议并判断业务价值与落地路径 • 日常使用 AI Coding Agent 开发，并有相应工程沉淀 • 具备搭建 Agent Harness、编写 Skills / Prompts 的实践经验 • 了解 MCP、Tool Use、RAG、Eval 等概念及其工程落地边界 • 加分项：大数据实时与离线计算经验（Flink、Spark、Storm 等），熟悉 Lambda / Kappa 架构 • 加分项：DEX（Uniswap V2 / V3、Curve、Raydium、Orca 等）池子状态维护、价格计算、聚合行情相关经验 • 加分项：MEV、Mempool 监听、抢跑保护等相关经验 • 加分项：时序数据库（TimescaleDB、Druid、ClickHouse）在行情场景下的落地经验 • 加分项：围绕 AI Coding 的内部工具、Skill 库、Agent 工作流等沉淀经验 • 加分项：开源社区贡献或技术博客输出
