• We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and develop our client’s commercial activities in the US market. • This strategic role requires deep expertise in quarry equipment (crushing, grinding, screening). • The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing direct customer relationships and dealer networks. • Responsible for achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and implementing an effective sales strategy. • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to increase the company’s presence in the quarry and aggregates market.
• Minimum of 10 years in a commercial role, with proven expertise in the quarry equipment, aggregates, or construction materials sector. • In-depth knowledge of fixed equipment (crushing, grinding, screening). • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-level client relationships. • Ability to motivate a team and work collaboratively with external partners. • Availability for frequent nationwide travel. • Fluency in English is mandatory.
