• 4+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets. • A natural hunter – motivated, persistent, and energised by closing deals. • Skilled communicator across phone, email, and live chat - able to connect quickly and persuasively. • Organised, proactive, and driven by measurable results. • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and digital tools. • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Passionate about purpose-driven work and eager to contribute to something bigger than yourself. • Bonus points if you have: • Experience in international education, travel, or social impact sectors. • Exposure to global markets (US, EMEA, APAC). • A background in consultative or solution-based sales.
