📋 Description

• Develop and enhance backend applications in PHP and Go, applying software engineering best practices and considering performance, availability, and scalability requirements from the outset • Participate in the modeling and evolution of data structures, taking query performance, data volume, and platform growth into account • Monitor application behavior in production, investigating errors, bottlenecks, performance degradation, and potential impacts on customers and users • Analyze and resolve incidents, continuously contributing to the stability and availability of the platform • Participate in Product squads, providing technical input from solution design through implementation and production monitoring • Propose architecture, code, database, and infrastructure improvements that enhance system robustness, performance, maintainability, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing, testing, and maintaining web applications in mission-critical environments with high availability, high request volumes, and thousands of concurrent users • At least 5 years of backend development experience • Experience developing with PHP, Go, and JavaScript • Knowledge of software architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and development best practices • Strong knowledge of data modeling and relational and non-relational databases, with consideration for performance, concurrency, and large data volumes • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, with consideration for performance, security, resilience, and scalability • Ability to analyze performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for high-load systems • Strong logical reasoning, organization, and the ability to investigate and resolve complex problems • Enjoy working as part of a team with transparency, honesty, collaboration, and a focus on results, quality, and agility • Willingness to learn new technologies and take on engineering challenges related to the evolution of a platform used at large scale
