📋 Description

• Map and analyze processes, identifying improvement opportunities and recommended actions. • Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from problem structuring to implementation and monitoring of results. • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with area objectives, and develop dashboards with actionable metrics to support decision-making. • Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of data used in processes, KPIs and automations. • Implement automations and technological solutions, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, to increase efficiency and drive operational evolution. • Work in ambiguous contexts by structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and promoting the adoption of process and workflow management tools and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. • At least 3 years of experience in process mapping and implementing measurable process improvements. • Experience in process automation, including the use of triggers, flows and system integrations. • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or related methodologies. • Familiarity with process modeling tools. • Analytical, data-driven profile. • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar). • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. • Good communication skills and proactivity. • Experience in technology companies or dynamic environments. • Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, VBA or similar).
