📋 Description
• Understand business process needs and objectives, acting as the primary interface with requesting areas; • Translate business requirements into technical solutions compatible with the Salesforce platform; • Create and maintain the product backlog, with well-defined and prioritized user stories; • Collaborate with development teams, QA, architects and stakeholders; • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and platform limitations; • Support delivery validation by conducting functional tests and user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business team; • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes by proposing optimizations based on data and user feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role on Salesforce projects; • Knowledge of the main Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.); • Ability to map business processes and propose efficient, scalable solutions; • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; • Advanced/Fluent English.
